I have been working for a year and a half for Valley Mental Health and also at Sandy Counseling Center. At Valley Mental Health I have worked with patients who are chronically mentally ill on life and relationship skills, substance abuse problems, and with their families to gain a better understanding of their diagnosis. At Sandy Counseling Center I have worked with adults and children, couples and families in the areas of domestic violence and spouse abuse. I have also had some experience with clients who have been victims of sexual abuse.
I am going to finish my Masters at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara (http://www.pacifica.edu/) and expect to have my degree posted in spring of 2008. I am looking for placement and supervision and will be available.
